Throughout his career, Scott has held key leadership positions including Regional Accounting Controller, Executive Director, Operations Specialist, Area Director of Operations, and Regional Director of Operations. He has partnered with both nationally recognized operators and highly successful independent owners, providing strategic leadership across communities in as many as 13 states. His experience spans Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.
